- MYL12A Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 195 amino acids (1-171 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 22.4kDa. MYL12A is fused to a 24 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus; purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. MYL12A protein solution (0.25mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 20% glycerol and 1mM DTT.
