Application Notes for anti-GNLY antibody
Suitable for use in Western blot and Flow cytometry., , Recommended Dilutions:, Western blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml The detection limit is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and 20ng/lane under reducing conditions. In this format, this, antibody shows less than 1% cross-reactivity with rhNKG-2D., Flow cytometry: 25ug/ml and add 10il of the diluted solution to 1-2.5 x 10e5 cells. Total reaction volume should not exceed 200ul. Use PMA plus Ca 2+ ionomycin-activated PBMC., Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

NCBI Summary for GNLY
The product of this gene is a member of the saposin-like protein (SAPLIP) family and is located in the cytotoxic granules of T cells, which are released upon antigen stimulation. This protein is present in cytotoxic granules of cytotoxic T lymphocytes and natural killer cells, and it has antimicrobial activity against M. tuberculosis and other organisms. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified. [provided by RefSeq]
UniProt Comments for GNLY
