Reconstitution
A quick spin of the vial followed by reconstitution in distilled water. This solution can then be diluted into other buffers.
Preparation and Storage
The lyophilized antibody is stable for at least 1 year from date of receipt at -20 degree C.
Upon reconstitution, this antibody can be stored in working aliquots at 2 degree - 8 degree C for one month, or at -20 degree C for six months without detectable loss of activity.

Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Shelf Life: >12 months

Small volumes of anti-FLT4 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. THE FLT4 receptor belongs to a family of protein tyrosine kinases that mediates signal transduction after engagement of their cognate ligands through a cascade of phosphorylation events. Along with FLT1 and FLK1 (or KDR), the two vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) receptors, FLT4 is a member of a subfamily of class III receptor tyrosine kinases characterized by seven extracellular Ig-like domains and a split, intracellular domain containing kinase activity. Tissue expression of the FLT4 receptor is relatively restricted, being found predominantly in lymphatic and microvascular endothelium.
