Storage Buffer
0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
Preparation and Storage
Upon delivery aliquot and store at -20 degree C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20 degree C.
When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-8 degree C.
Other Notes
Small volumes of anti-Cx43 antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.
