Reconstitution
Reconstitute the antibody with 200 ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 500 ug/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at <-20 degree C for at least 6 months without detectable loss of activity.

Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from date of receipt when stored at -70 degree C. Reconstituted antibody can be aliquoted and stored frozen at < -20 degree C for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity.

The protein encoded by this gene is an important signaling component of many interleukin receptors, including those of interleukin -2, -4, -7 and -21, and is thus referred to as the common gamma chain. Mutations in this gene cause X-linked severe combined immunodeficiency (XSCID), as well as X-linked combined immunodeficiency (XCID), a less severe immunodeficiency disorder. Patients present in infancy recurrent, persistent infections by opportunistic organisms.
