The ELISA analytical biochemical technique of the MBS9137382 kit is based on MITF antibody-MITF antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect MITF antigen targets in samples. The encoded protein regulates melanocyte development and is responsible for pigment cell-specific transcription of the melanogenesis enzyme genes.
