If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. MBS7244034 is a ready-to-use microwell, strip plate ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) Kit for analyzing the presence of the Apaxin and PNK-like factor (APLF) ELISA Kit target analytes in biological samples. The concentration gradients of the kit standards or positive controls render a theoretical kit detection range in biological research samples containing APLF. The ELISA analytical biochemical technique of the MBS7244034 kit is based on APLF antibody-APLF antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect APLF antigen targets in samples. The ELISA Kit is designed to detect native, not recombinant, APLF. Appropriate sample types may include undiluted body fluids and/or tissue homogenates, secretions. Quality control assays assessing reproducibility identified the intra-assay CV (%) and inter-assay CV(%).

APLF: Nuclease involved in single-strand and double-strand DNA break repair. Recruited to sites of DNA damage through interaction with poly(ADP-ribose), a polymeric post-translational modification synthesized transiently at sites of chromosomal damage to accelerate DNA strand break repair reactions. Displays apurinic- apyrimidinic (AP) endonuclease and 3'-5' exonuclease activities in vitro. Also able to introduce nicks at hydroxyuracil and other types of pyrimidine base damage. Interacts with LIG4, PARP1, XRCC1, XRCC4 and XRCC5. Belongs to the APLF family.
