-20 degree C for long term storage
Other Notes
Small volumes of anti-trp antibody vial(s) may occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. If necessary, briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container`s cap. Certain products may require to ship with dry ice and additional dry ice fee may apply.

BIOTIN-Conjugated Transient Receptor Potential isoform A Antibody
A light-sensitive calcium channel that is required for inositide-mediated Ca2+ entry in the retina during phospholipase C (PLC)-mediated phototransduction. Ca2+ influx may then feed back and inhibit PLC, thereby facilitating phosphatidylinositol 4, 5 bisphosphate (PIP2) recycling.

UniProt Comments for trp
A light-sensitive calcium channel that is required for inositide-mediated Ca2+ entry in the retina during phospholipase C (PLC)-mediated phototransduction. Ca2+ influx may then feed back and inhibit PLC, thereby facilitating phosphatidylinositol 4,5 bisphosphate (PIP2) recycling. Trp and trpl act together in the light response, though it is unclear whether as heteromultimers or as distinct units, and are activated by fatty acids and metabolic stress. Also required for olfactory adaptation and may be involved in olfactory system development.

1. Data show that phosphorylation of most ransient receptor potential (TRP) ion channel sites depends on the phototransduction cascade and the activity of the TRP.
