Major pollen allergen Bet v 1-A (Bet v 1.0101) causes an allergic reaction in humans. Bet v 1.0101 is a cause of type I allergic reactions in Europe, North America and the former Soviet Union states, observed in early spring.
Recombinant Major pollen allergen Bet v 1-A produced in SF9 is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 167 amino acids (2-160a.a) and having a molecular mass of 18.5kDa (calculated). Bet v 1.0101 is fused to an 8 a.a on N-terminal.
Sterile Filtered clear solution.
Bet v 1.0101 protein solution is filtered in in PBS, pH 7.4.
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time.
Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
