Cat. No. 160 011 100 µg purified IgG, lyophilized. Azide was added before lyophilization. For reconstitution add 100 µl H2O to get a 1mg/ml solution in PBS. Then aliquot and store at -20°C until use.

Specificity Specific for Homer 1. According to Soloviev et al. (2000), aa 1 - 180 are present in isoforms a, b, c and d.

Remarks

ELISA: Suitable as capture antibody for sandwich-ELISA with cat. no. 160 003 as detector antibody (protocol for sandwich-ELISA).
