Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin Receptor (TSLPR) is a member of the type I cytokine receptor family. TSLPR alongside the interleukin 7 receptor (IL7R) activate STAT3, STAT5, and JAK2 pathways, which is regulated processes such as cell proliferation and development of the hematopoietic system. Two transcript variants encoding dissimilar isoforms have been found for this gene. TSLPR is expressed in heart, skeletal muscle, kidney and ***** and fetal liver.

Anti-human TSLPR mAb, clone PAT4E7A, is derived from hybridization of mouse F0 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with a recombinant human TSLPR protein 23-231 amino acids purified from E. coli.

Mouse IgG2a heavy chain and Kappa light chain. 

TSLPR antibody was purified from mouse ascitic fluids by protein-A affinity chromatography.

12 months at -20°C. 1 month at 4°C.

TSLPR antibody has been tested by ELISA, Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis is 1:500 ~ 1:5000. Recommended starting dilution is 1:1000.
